Carrozzeria Touring will soon introduce Berlinetta Aero, possibly online
Milan bodybuilder Touring Superleggera has released a tantalizing image of the new car, which was supposed to be presented as the world premiere at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, known as the Touring Berlinetta Aero.
The Superleggera station wagon prepared everything. Exactly ten years after the same British event, when the unique Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 B Speciale tipo Le Mans was unveiled, the Italian team was preparing to unveil their latest creation, the Touring Berlinetta Aero.
Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic confused all plans, and the first excursions in the Italian compartment, expected in Lord March’s mansion from July 9 to 12, will ultimately fail. The British event was canceled. Therefore, Carrozzeria Touring will soon present Berlinetta Aero, perhaps online, rather than at any particular event.
Currently, the Italian studio keeps a secret surrounding Berlinetta Aero, but offers us a first look through a teaser. In fact, we can see the sculptural forms of the model visible in three quarters of the back. It is difficult to get an accurate idea of the Italian coupe, but a priori it will have a close relationship with the Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 B Speciale tipo Le Mans.
