Toyota GR Supra GT4 50 Edition. How many pieces will be built?
Less than two years after the start of production of the Toyota GR Supra GT4, 50 examples of this racing car were delivered. For the occasion, TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe has prepared a special edition of the GR Supra GT4 50 Edition, limited to just six units.
The Toyota GR Supra GT4 is a professionally trained racing car based on the GR Supra. The car, developed by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe in Cologne, debuted in 2020. The racing GR Supra quickly proved to be a very competitive car in the GT4 series around the world. Drivers have started the GR Supra GT4 in more than 250 races, scoring 36 class wins and 78 podium finishes. Thanks to good performance, reliability, as well as an attractive price and excellent support from TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Europe, as many as 50 copies of this car were delivered to customers in less than two years. To mark the occasion, the anniversary edition of the GR Supra GT4 50 Edition will be produced in a limited edition of six.
Two GR Supra GT4 50 Editions will go to Asia, two to the US market and two more to Europe. Anniversary cars are distinguished by red paint (the GR Supra GT4 is standard white) as well as "50 Edition" badges reserved for that model. On the front fenders in front of the doors and on the roof there are special gold-colored stickers. Buyers will also receive a special black tarp that can be used to cover the car.
Anniversary accents will also be present in the interior. The dial to control the system has a "50 Edition" emblem, the same emblem is also on the dashboard on the passenger side. The GR Supra GT4 50 Edition also has a standard passenger seat, so the driver can take one more person on the track with them. The GR Supra logo is featured on the backs of the new bucket seats.

The GR Supra GT4 50 Edition has the same features and specifications as the standard GR Supra GT4. Inherited from the GR Supra series, a three-liter twin-scroll inline six-cylinder engine with a 430 hp turbine. The car also features a seven-speed sports automatic transmission with paddle shifters, a limited-slip rear axle differential, sports suspension and exhaust system, and natural fiber composite aerodynamics to keep you on course. track, it was the best.
As in the road version of the GR Supra, the front suspension is MacPherson strut, the rear is multi-link, both axles are KW springs. The braking system was reinforced with racing calipers with six pistons in front and four in the rear. The car is also fully equipped in the field of safety - a roll cage based on a lightweight steel body and an FIA-compliant racing seat with six-point harnesses.
