Toyota and Lexus recall more than 450,000 vehicles due to stability control failure

Toyota and Lexus are facing another recall due to a malfunction that doesn't meet federal safety standards. Once the owner disables the stability control system and turns off the vehicle, it will not be possible to turn the vehicle back on, compromising the safety of the vehicle and the driver.
