– Weekly rest periods can no longer be spent on board a vehicle. If the driver is away from home, the company must provide accommodation costs in a hotel, hostel, etc.
– With regard to rest periods, drivers are allowed to choose those shortened hours (21 hours) for no more than two consecutive weeks, provided that they are offset by that number of periods compensatory rest 21 hours each for the next week, combined with the usual rest with a return home.
– Also for drivers working for national territory The reduced rest at 21 o'clock should be made up for the next week with regular rest (45 hours).
