Spring and summer are a real “harvest” for trailer manufacturers and dealers. The most popular, for goods, find buyers all year round, but the demand for camping, boating or motorized transport begins only before the summer holidays.

The trailer market has not resisted the general trend of the automotive market - more and more people are buying not new ones, but used ones, naturally brought from abroad. Hence the real hype of used imported trailers. Hypermarkets also play an important role in the trade of small cargo trailers. Nevertheless, Nevyadov remains the leader of the Polish market. The company, which is mainly associated with caravans, offers more than 200 items: from small cargo trailers to specialized ones, adapted, for example, for transporting mini excavators.

Something for campers

In this category, you can see a huge predominance of used trailers. The Poles bring from the EU countries not only 10-year-old cars, but also 20-year-old trailers. Germany very often gives them away for free or for a symbolic euro, so as not to bear the costs associated with disposal. In our country, such road veterans are offered for as much as PLN 5. The cheapest new caravan, N126 from Niewiadow, costs PLN 16. PLN, but in Poland it is almost not sold anymore. Nobody makes such small trailers there, so Germans, Dutch and Belgians (especially older ones) willingly buy relatively cheap mini-trailers from Poland.

According to experts, when buying a used caravan, you should avoid copies older than 10 years. The passage of time and dampness will always do their job. Even if inside the caravan looks well-groomed and in good condition, after, for example, 20 years of operation, its wooden floor has the right not only to creak or leak, but even to rot. For about 20 thousand PLN we will find a 10-year-old caravan from one of the well-known European manufacturers: Knaus, Adria or Burstner.

Something for sailors

In the trailer market, the so-called traffic is probably the biggest at the moment. No wonder - many people have not only expensive yachts, but also smaller boats, pontoons and water scooters. Such caravans also cost much less than caravans. We will buy the cheapest new trailer for transporting a small boat, scooter or pontoon with a load capacity of up to 300 kg for approx. zloty. The most expensive single-axle boat trailers (made in Poland) cost less than PLN 5. zloty. You won't pay much for a trailer that allows you to haul a motorcycle. We will buy a light one, for example, for transporting scooters (with a load capacity of up to 400 kg) for only PLN 2. zloty. Something for riders

Trailers for horses are quite seasonal goods, but first of all they are luxury goods. In any case, horse riding or sailing is a sport for people with a slightly fatter wallet. The sophisticated technology used in its production affects the price of a horse carrier. Such a trailer should provide not only the comfort of the driver towing it, but above all safety and at least minimal comfort for the animals. You can buy a new Polish trailer (from Niewiadow) for about 15 6. PLN (depending on the color and version, the price may differ by several hundred PLN). If someone does not have such cash, buying a used trailer is a good solution. For about 7-10 thousand PLN you can buy a trailer from Germany, two-axle, no older than 3 years and capable of transporting two horses. For 4 – XNUMX thousand.
