Legality of tuning
Now in Russia, not any car suspension tuning is legal. Of course, traffic inspectors may not notice the installation of wheels with a slightly larger radius. But more serious transformations will require registration with the traffic police. Before this, it is necessary to pass a car test and get an expert opinion on the safety of such changes. This requires significant financial and time costs. And far from always it helps to legitimize such changes in the design of the vehicle.
