Who has the coolest SUV: Leo Messi or Arturo Vidal?

What car does Leo Messi drive? You probably know that the Argentine star of Barça is the advertising face of Seat's new sports brand, Cupra, which has become the team's sponsor. He also has an enviable collection, including some pretty expensive classic Ferraris from the 60s. But in everyday life, Leo most often uses a custom Mercedes GLE 63 S AMG.

The German beast is nearly 5 meters long and develops 612 horsepower thanks to a 4-liter V8 biturbo engine. The torque is 850 Nm thanks to a small electric motor. The car has a 4x4 permanent drive and a torque vector distribution. If desired, Messi can accelerate from standstill to 100 km / h in just 3,8 seconds, and the top speed is limited to 280 km / h.

The Argentine chose 22-inch discs. He also ordered a car with a special Night AMG package, where everything is black: mufflers, side skirts, splitter, mirrors and even window frames. The interior is made of nappa leather and carbon fiber. The starting price for this car is 170 euros, but the Leo version is estimated to exceed 000 euros.

But even Messi's car pales in comparison to that of his former teammate Arturo Vidal, now part of the Inter squad. The Chilean is driving the monstrous Brabus 800 Widestar, which costs just over 350 euros.

It is, of course, based on the current G-Class, and the engine under the hood is the same as Messi's - a 4-liter V8 with a biturbo. But the Brabus tuners squeezed 800 horsepower and a staggering 1000 Nm of torque out of it. Due to weight and worse aerodynamics, Vidal's car is slower - 4,1 seconds from 0 to 100 km / h, and a maximum speed of 240 km / h. But on the other hand, much noisier. And consumption easily exceeds 20 liters per 100 km.

A custom body kit widens the Widestar by as much as 10 centimeters over the standard G-Class, and the Chilean put on 23-inch wheels with 305/35 tires. However, the interior is more impressive here - ultralux with Alcantara and precious leather, as well as precious wood inserts. The car is personalized for Vidal, with his name embroidered on the headrests and embossed on the center console.
