The LMX 64-H, unveiled last July by LMX Bikes at the Val d'Isere Motor Show, is nothing more than an approved version of the current LMX 64 categorized as an off-road vehicle. Classified in the L1E-B category, the LMX 64-H is considered a 50cc equivalent. See Permission, which allows the machine to move freely on public roads, but imposes some restrictions on the user. Due to the lack of a more accurate classification of fast electric mountain bikes, insurance and registration of the machine is mandatory. It's the same with wearing a helmet.

Up to 2,5 kW of power

The LMX 64-H engine, located above the crank arms, delivers up to 1,5kW of nominal power, six times the 250W of a conventional electric mountain bike. At its peak, the engine can deliver up to 2500 watts of power at 23 Nm of torque, enough to provide a top speed of up to 45 km / h.

Designed and implemented in France, this monster of power uses an original two-chain transmission system. While the former is associated with pedaling, the latter provides communication with the motor. This ensures better power distribution, preventing premature wear and breakage of the pedal chain.
