You can’t buy a car in Ukraine

From March 16, 2020, quarantine officially began to operate throughout Ukraine. The reason for this was the Chinese coronavirus infection - COVID-19. Until April 3, all entertainment centers, malls, beauty salons, gyms and fitness centers and other places of mass gathering are closed. Changes were also made to the transport connection throughout the country - interregional, intercity passenger transportation was limited. The conditions for the carriage of passengers around the city have also been changed.

In order to comply with the quarantine requirements set forth in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 211, No. 215 of March 11.03, and March 16.03, 2020, a massive closure of car dealerships began throughout Ukraine. They will work remotely. How long this regime will last is still unknown. At the moment, until April 3, 2020, dozens large dealerships reported that they stop selling their cars. The premises of their car dealerships will be exclusively guarded by the service and duty staff of the salon.

Car services are in limbo. Repair and maintenance work will also be carried out within the framework of quarantine. Many dealerships have decided to pick up and give out cars exclusively on the street. Clients are not allowed to enter the workshop premises. Service station workers are equipped with personal protective equipment, masks. The workshop premises themselves will be regularly disinfected.

Failure to comply with the conditions of quarantine promises high fines. That is why there is a possibility that all car dealerships in Ukraine will be closed.
