The use of garden blowers has become a subject of interest for environmentalists and politicians. It prohibits the use of blowers for clearing leaves, cutting grass, or general sweeping of surfaces. This applies to the following cities:

• Kharkov

However, this prohibition is not unconditional. For example, in the Małopolska Voivodship, the use of this type of equipment is allowed only in case of the 1st degree of air pollution (or its absence) in areas owned by the right of private and cooperative ownership.

This ban also applies to the entire Masovian Voivodeship. Its purpose is to reduce the agitation of dust released into the air by some gardening equipment. The ban in question came into effect from the beginning of 2021. A similar one operates in the cities listed above, and its analogues can be prepared in other cities and provinces of the country - so you should carefully check the legislation. environmental protection in the city of residence before buying.
