You will not save on filters
Filters do their job only up to a certain point. Then they must be replaced with new ones. Cleaning doesn't help much, and postponing replacement is only an apparent saving.
Each car has several filters, the task of which is to remove impurities from a liquid or gas. Some have a more important function, others have a less important one, but they all 
needs to be replaced regularly.
The oil filter is of great importance for the engine, since its durability depends on the quality of the filtration. Therefore, it should be replaced at every oil change. The design of the oil filter is such that even if the cartridge is completely clogged, oil will flow through the bypass valve. Then the oil that enters the engine bearings is not filtered, therefore it contains impurities and the engine wears out very quickly.
The fuel filter is also very important, the more important the new engine design. Filtration quality should be the highest in diesel engines with common rail injection or unit injectors. Otherwise, the very expensive injection system could be damaged.
The filter changes every 30 and even 120 thousand. km, but the upper limit of our fuel quality is best not to use and it is best to change it once a year.
When driving on HBO, you also need to systematically change filters, especially if these are sequential injection systems - they are very sensitive to gas purity.
In our conditions, the air filter needs to be changed much more often than the manufacturer recommends. The cleanliness of this filter is very important in carburetor systems and simple gas installations, as less air in the cylinders results in a richer mixture. In injection systems, there is no such risk, but a dirty filter greatly increases flow resistance and can lead to reduced engine power.
The last filter that does not affect the technical condition of the car, which in turn has a huge impact on our health, is the cabin filter. Inside a car without this filter, the dust content can be many times greater than outside, because dirty air is constantly blown in, which settles on all elements.
Differences in the quality of filters cannot be visually determined, so it is better to choose filters from well-known manufacturers. It doesn't have to be western goods, because domestic ones are also of good quality and certainly have a lower price.
