Blocked the car in the parking lot: what to do and where to call

Due to the lack of parking spaces, some motorists leave their vehicles in the wrong place and block the exit from the yard or garage. Part of the reason for this is that the streets and neighborhoods designed decades ago are not designed for a large number of cars.

Departure from the yard

Departure from the garage

If the way out of the garage is blocked, this falls under the definition of "illegal restriction on driving and disposing of a vehicle."
