Travel allowed for travel home / work

While the government encourages 100% telecommuting in companies, some areas of activity require a local presence. However, in these cases, you will have to request a certificate from your employer.

Possible walks, but only around the house

As one of the permitted physical activities, a bicycle may be used for travel or other sports, provided it is not done collectively.

As in the spring, the duration is limited to one hour per day. The perimeter is also limited and you cannot go beyond a kilometer around your home.

What about exceptional travel experiences?

Buying food, seeing a doctor, subpoena or administrative court, participating in missions of general interest ... the government certificate lists a number of exceptions for which travel is permitted. However, be careful not to forget to bring your travel card with you!

€ 135 fine for offenders

If you are checked without evidence and without a valid reason, you risk a fixed fine of 135 euros for non-compliance with the conditions of detention.

In the event of a repeated violation, any new departure without compliance with the conditions of detention will be punished with a fine of 200 euros. After three or more times, things go wrong, as the offense is punishable by six months' imprisonment and a € 3750 fine.
