Xenon headlights are desirable for drivers because they create a unique effect. However, until recently, only the owners of the most expensive and exclusive cars, which are equipped with xenon headlights at the factory, could enjoy the blue-white headlights until recently. Currently, this effect can be achieved in a simple and inexpensive way. It is enough to replace conventional halogen lamps with those that emit a strong white light with a blue xenon effect.
However, you have to be careful not to be persuaded to install xenon headlights instead of stock halogen lighting. This decision is against the law. also 
the vast majority of Chinese DIY xenon kits are not approved. For this reason, a car equipped with "Chinese xenon" will not pass technical tests. On the other hand, the driver, in the case of a roadside check, must take into account the possibility of a ban on further driving, withdrawal of a registration certificate and a fine in the amount of 50 to 200 zł.
