Changing the oil in the VAZ 2110-2111 engine
I think it is unnecessary to say once again that regular oil change in the engine will extend its life for many kilometers. From the instruction manual for the VAZ 2110, you can find out that the engine oil must be changed at least after 15 kilometers. Of course, you can adhere to this advice, but with the current quality of fuel and lubricants and the number of fakes, it is better to perform this procedure more often. From personal experience, I can say that I change every 000-7 thousand and my cars drove more than 8 km without repairing the internal combustion engine and were successfully sold.
So, in order to change the oil and filter for a VAZ 2110, we need:
- Oil canister 4 liters
- Container for draining mining
- Hexagon 12
- Oil filter remover (if necessary)
So, first we warm up the car engine to operating temperature, so that the oil becomes more fluid. After that, we substitute the floor pallet with a capacity of at least 5 liters and unscrew the cork:
And at the same time, immediately unscrew the filler plug so that the working off flows better:
Now we unscrew the old oil filter:
When a few minutes have passed and all the glass has been worked out from the crankcase, you can wrap the sump plug back. If you have changed the type of oil from mineral water to synthetics, then it is best to flush the engine by filling it with a minimum volume on the dipstick and letting the engine run for a while (of course, you do not need to remove the old filter).
Then we take a new filter and pour oil into it, at least half of its volume, and it is imperative to lubricate the sealing gum. And we twist it into place with our hands.
Now pour about 3,1 liters of fresh oil through the filler neck.
We twist the lid and start the engine, wait until the pressure indicator lamp goes out. Do not forget to carry out this procedure on time and the machine will serve a considerable period of time without unnecessary problems.
