Advice! Clean the threads from dirt and treat WD-40 several times in advance, since the nut will sour over time and it will be difficult to unscrew it.

We unscrew the upper and lower nuts by 17, while, if the finger itself began to turn together with the nut, then with a 17 key it is necessary to hold it. The photo shows how it should look.

Further, if the rack does not come out of the holes easily, then you need to either raise the lower arm with a second jack (to loosen the stabilizer tension), or put a block under the lower arm and lower the main jack to again loosen the suspension. There is another option, you can bend the stabilizer itself with a small mounting and pull out the stabilizer post, similarly bending it, put a new post and screw it on.
