The 2021 car launch is not to be missed!

2021 will be and will be a very fruitful year for the production of cars. Expect not only new batches of famous and beloved series, but also completely new models designed to win the hearts of motorists.

You've probably heard the news about some news, because the cars were presented at various special events. However, other models still present big surprises, which we write about in advance.

Read the article and you will find out about everyone.

Cars, SUVs, supercars, electrics - in the content you will find everything that car concerns can offer.

Standard Cars - Premieres 2021

In this group we have collected models that either continue the traditional series of car brands or offer new quality in the passenger car segment.

We are already showing that there is a lot to choose from.

BMW 2 Coupe

The new version of the 2 Series Coupé from the BMW Stables embodies all the brand's most important features. This is supported by the fact that the design of this model is largely based on the currently available 3 Series.

What does this mean?

First, rear-wheel drive, expandable on both axles (this version will be slightly more expensive). In addition, the BMW 2 Coupe offers the option of installing a 6-cylinder engine as God tells it to, that is, in-line. All models from M240i and up will work with this device.

When can we expect the model to launch?

Apparently, after the holidays, he will go to BMW dealerships.

Cupra Leon

Photo by Alexander Migla / wikimedia commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

The young brand Cupra this year will present its version of the Leon, which will have a more sporty character compared to the original Seat Leon. The car will be available in two versions:

  • e-Hybrid (wersji plugin);
  • gasoline (several options).

As for the hybrid variant, under the hood you'll find a 1,4-liter engine and a 13 kW battery for a total of 242 hp. Electricity alone is enough to travel 51 km.

As for the petrol version, the engines will have a power output of 300 and 310 hp.

When will the car go on sale?

For days on end. As far as we know, in addition to a decent drivetrain, it also provides the driver with many modern solutions (including active cruise control, adaptive suspension or character recognition).

Dacia Sandero

Dacia decided to update the Sandero model, which will surely appeal to many Poles (the previous version was one of the most bought in domestic car dealerships). Of course, the affordable price greatly influenced the popularity of the model. For a brand new Sandero, you'll pay just over 40 pieces. zlotys.

However, this is not all that the Dacia model can boast of.

Although the car looks compact, it is very spacious inside. In addition, it is quite comfortable to ride.

As for the available versions, there will be two:

  • gasoline or
  • gasoline + liquefied gas.

In addition, the buyer can opt for a manual transmission or variator.

As for the equipment, there is no need for it either. Inside you will find, among other things, automatic air conditioning, a multimedia system with an 8-inch screen and a number of other modern solutions.

Hyundai i20 N

The i20 N should be the answer to the hot hatchback recently launched by Ford, the Fiesta ST. The Korean manufacturer said it was inspired by the WRC rally when designing the car, which is evident not only in the exterior but also under the hood.

What can you expect?

1,6-liter engine with 210 hp front-wheel drive. Plus a manual transmission and the promise of 100 km on odometer in less than 6,8 seconds. Interestingly, the car should include an optional szper.

When is the expected release date?

In the spring, the 2021

Mercedes S class

When Mercedes introduced the first C-Class to customers, the model was a huge success. According to the data, it has been chosen by more than 2,5 million drivers from all over the world.

What are the forecasts for the release of its new version from 2021?

At least not worse. The new C-Class offers almost everything from the previous model, but in a sporty form. The more predatory design is meant to reward those customers who have previously opted for the BMW 3 Series.

Moreover, the first testers showed that the new C-Class is very comfortable to operate and has a more spacious interior.

The car will appear in a hybrid version. In this case, you should pay attention to the battery, on which, as they say, the driver drives as much as 100 km.

Volkswagen Golf R

The new Golf R is still what we loved about previous models - small, well-equipped and extremely fast. Interestingly, the 2021 version has a surprise for drivers in the form of an additional 20 hp.

As a result, the well-known 2-liter engine boasts as much as 316 hp, which allows it to accelerate to a hundred in less than 5 seconds!

In terms of options, you'll see the new Golf R with either a six-speed manual gearbox or a seven-speed DSG gearbox. It also differs from its predecessor in that it has a drive on both axles.

Automotive Premieres 2021 - Supercars

In addition to the premiers of passenger cars that are often seen on the roads, 2021 is also full of new offerings from the supercar segment. Powerful engines, breakneck speeds, beautiful design - you will find it all below.

BMW M3

This is the eighth generation of the BMW M3. If you linger on this topic, you'll probably notice that the new model has a grille (or "nostrils" as the scoffers say) straight from the Series 4.

However, the significant changes did not end there.

It came as a surprise to many that the eighth M3 could have a two-axle drive as an option. The technology is similar to the one you'll see on the M5. The drive is four-wheel drive, but the auxiliary axle can be easily disengaged.

What's under the hood?

3-liter in-line 6-cylinder engine with twin turbocharging. It will be available in two variants: 480 or 510 hp. How many up to a hundred? Weaker by 4,2 seconds, stronger by 3,9 seconds.

As for the gearbox, the buyer has two options:

  • 6-speed manual transmission or
  • 8-speed Steptronic transmission (manual override with lever or shift paddles).

Ferrari Roma

Photo by John Kaling / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

Although Ferrari Roma debuted last year, it wasn't sold until 2021. This Italian supercar is distinguished primarily by the fact that, unlike other models of the brand, it does not draw inspiration from F1 cars.

Instead, Roma owes its design to the GT versions of the 50s and 60s.

The brand new case looks really good - it is clear that this time the designers have placed an emphasis on comfort and sophistication. Of course, while working, they did not forget about what distinguishes a supercar - about a sufficiently powerful drive.

What kind of gem can you find under the hood?

V8 engine with 612 hp

McLaren Arthur

When it comes to launching a supercar in 2021, Arthur's McLaren is well worth the wait. While we don't know all the details of the car yet, we already know that it is conceived as a technological masterpiece.

What does this mean?

First of all, the 671 hp hybrid drive, thanks to which Arthur will enjoy unprecedented acceleration. The manufacturer reports that the driver can accelerate to 100 km / h on the watch in just 3 seconds, and to 200 km / h in just 8 seconds. Something amazing.

However, this is not all that the new gem of McLaren can boast.

The manufacturer also cares about the environment, so when designing the car, he took this into account. The effect? Very low emissivity. Arthur uses about 5,5 liters of gasoline per 100 km, and measurements show that CO2 emissions are only 129 g / km.

Okay, there is something to brag about, but can this be called a technological masterpiece?

Not yet. A technological masterpiece is only visible when the machine is built. McLaren has reduced its weight by 25%, eliminating, among other things, wiring. Instead, Artura has a built-in data cloud that all components have access to.

Moreover, the new bus design assumes that each bus will have a microchip that transmits data to the on-board computer. This, in turn, thanks to the information collected, will allow the tire characteristics to be adjusted (for example, to optimize traction control).

It looks like this fall we are waiting for a real car fantasy, but without fantasy.

Mercedes AMG One

“Formula 1 engine on regular streets? Why not?" Probably, Mercedes thought when designing the AMG One.

There really is a power unit for automobile production in the car. The 1,6 liter engine is driven by an electric motor with a total output of 989 hp. When you add that the AMG One sprints to 200 km / h in less than 6 seconds, it's hard not to be amazed.

It is reported that all 250 copies have already been ordered. They will probably hit the streets this year.

Peugeot 508 Sports Engineered

Photo by Alexander Migla / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

Let's take a closer look at yet another sports hybrid (a genre that has become very popular lately), this time from the Peugeot stable.

What do the French have to offer?

Under the hood is a 1,6-liter turbo engine and an additional electric motor with a total output of 355 hp. This is enough for the time to hundreds to be less than 5,2 seconds.

Of course, the hybrid engine also allows you to drive more relaxedly. One electrician can drive up to 42 km, which is more than enough for shopping or walking around the city.

Porsche 911 GT3

The new Porsche supercar is not a revolution over the previous model, but it does offer many interesting improvements.

What can you expect?

The winners remain unchanged, so there is still an excellent 4-liter engine under the hood. However, this time it has even more power, as much as 510 hp. The kit includes a gearbox with 2 clutches and 7 steps.

The effect? 100 km / h in 3,4 seconds.

The 911 GT3 also received a new silhouette. Porsche has focused on even greater aerodynamics, which allows the car to press more on the asphalt while driving.

The model premiered in May and, as you would expect, is extremely user-friendly.

Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA

According to Italians, the new Guilia should be a carefully prepared supercar for everyday use.

What does this mean in practice?

First of all, the powerful engines (510 hp in the GTA and 540 hp in the GTAm) and weight loss aids (the new Guilia will weigh 100 kg less). Of course, this affects the performance, because the car accelerates to a hundred in less than 3,6 seconds.

Although fans of the brand were delighted with the premiere, only 500 units of this model will be created. Interestingly, the Italians have a Bell helmet, overalls, gloves and boots, and a driving course at the Alfa Romeo Driving Academy.

The car was presented in 2020, but the first copies will be delivered to customers in mid-2021.

Ford Mustang Mach 1

Good news for supercar enthusiasts with a galloping horse on a grid. The latest version of the Ford Mustang will finally make its way to Europe.

Redesigned appearance delivering 22% more downforce than the Mustang GT, powerful 5.0 hp 8 V460 engine. and additional technical enhancements, all aimed at making the Mustang Mach 1 the fastest and most comfortable production Mustang ever.

Interestingly, it will be available in two versions:

  • with a 6-speed manual transmission or
  • (option) with 10-speed automatic transmission.

Automotive Premieres 2021 - SUVs

Cars of this genre are becoming more and more popular, so it is not surprising that in 2021 there will be quite a lot of them on the market. We have selected some of the most interesting offers, which you can find below.

Alfa Romeo Tonale

Photo by Matti Blum / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

The new Alfa SUV was a hit with critics and private customers, although we still know little about it.

According to the available information, Tonale will be built on the same platform as, among other things, the Jeep Compass. In addition, there are two drive options available, for the front or both axles, and several engine options. The choice will be classic petrol and diesel units, as well as mild and plug-in hybrids.

We'll find out more about Tonale later this year.

Audi Q4 e-tron

Photo by Alexander Migla / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

Electric SUV from Audi stable. Sounds interesting?

The Q4 e-Tron will be based on Volkswagen's modular MEB platform, which will technically be very similar to the ID.4 and Skoda Enyaq. It will appear in several versions, differing in power.

The most popular, with a 204 hp unit, accelerates to 8,5 km / h in 100 seconds and allows you to drive almost 500 km without recharging.

Interestingly, Audi's electric SUV should be very reasonably priced (for a premium electrician). The manufacturer says about 200 thousand. zlotys.

BMW iX3

Photo by Jengtingen / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

BMW is not inferior to the competition and is also launching its electric SUV. To compete for customers in this niche, among others the Audi e-Tron and Mercedes EQC described above.

What does the iX3 have to offer you?

Electric motor with a capacity of 286 hp, thanks to which you can accelerate to a hundred in 6,8 seconds. In addition, the SUV has a very durable battery, which is enough for almost 500 km of driving.

Interestingly, BMW is not following Tesla's trail, as can be seen from the car's design. Both outside and inside, it is very similar to the combustion models that we have known for many years. Fans of the brand will immediately find themselves in it.

When is the premiere? The first customers have been driving the iX3 since January.

Nissan Qashqai

Another car model that has achieved incredible commercial success - this time from the Nissan stable. Since the Qashqai sold well, it was only a matter of time before we heard about a new version of it.

What makes it different from others?

This time, Nissan focused on a sportier design and roomier interior. This is why the new Qashqai is slightly larger than its predecessors. It is also more innovative, as is evident, for example, in the modern ProPilot system, which allows the vehicle to be driven semi-autonomously.

Under the hood, you will find the popular hybrid drives in a variety of configurations.

Toyota Highlander

Photo by Kevauto / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

This time, something for big car lovers. Toyota is already taking orders for its largest SUV with a length of almost 5 meters and a capacity of 7 people.

By folding two rows of seats in the car, you can easily fit a double mattress!

The Highlander will be available with a single drive, which is a 246 hp hybrid. It consists of a 2,5 liter engine and two electric motors on the front axle and a powerful electric motor on the rear axle.

This gives acceleration to hundreds in 8,3 seconds and a fuel consumption of 6,6 l / 100 km.

Jaguar E-Pace

The new version of the popular Jaguar SUV is clearly different from its predecessors. The designers made the models a thorough facelift, designed to attract more buyers. So you can look forward to a fresh look for both the exterior and interior.

The range of available options has also expanded. In addition to traditional gasoline and mild hybrid diesels, buyers will also have a choice of fully plug-in hybrids.

In the case of the latter, we are talking about a 1,5 liter gasoline engine with 200 hp, supported by a 109 hp electric motor. The battery lasts for 55 km of continuous driving.

Kia Sorento PHEV

Photo by Alexander Migla / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

The most popular Korean SUV this year is coming, of course, in a plug-in version. What will he offer us?

Gasoline engine 180 HP volume of 1,6 liters, accompanied by a 91 hp electrician. In total, the driver is provided with 265 km.

One filling station can drive up to 57 km.

An additional advantage is the new vehicle platform. Thanks to him, the interior will become more spacious - on the one hand, there will be more space for passengers, and on the other, the volume of the luggage compartment will increase.

Electric vehicles - premieres 2021

An article on premieres would be incomplete if we ignored electric vehicles, which have been gaining more and more popularity in recent years. Quite a lot of them will appear on the market in 2021.

The Audi e-tron GT

Photo Nimda01 / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

A powerful electric car? Well, of course; naturally. Audi is competing with the Porsche Taycan and Tesla Model S with its e-Tron GT this year.

What does the driver offer?

Basically the same platform as the Taycan, so there are a lot of similarities between these models (like the battery system). However, the engine is more interesting.

In the basic version, under the hood, you will find an electric unit with a capacity of 477 hp, thanks to which you can accelerate to a hundred in 4,1 seconds and travel on a battery up to 487 km. The more powerful version, on the other hand, has a 600 hp electric motor. and acceleration to hundreds in 3,3 seconds. Unfortunately, more power means that the battery lasts a little less, "only" 472 km.

BMW i4

Marking electricians with blue accents on the body is probably a new trend, because in the BMW i4 we will experience that too.

This luxury car is powered by a 5th generation electric motor. It will be available in two versions:

  • weaker, with a capacity of 340 hp. and rear-wheel drive;
  • more powerful, with two engines - 258 hp on the front axle and 313 hp. on the rear axle, which gives a total of 476 hp. system power.

BMW has taken care of the battery capacity as well. Electricity is enough for travel up to 600 km.

skoda enyaq

Photo by Alexander Migla / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY-SA 4.0

The premiere is interesting because we are dealing with the first electrician of the Skoda brand. As such, it should come as no surprise that the Enyaq will be technologically very similar to the Volkswagen ID.4 (the cars even use the same platform).

In terms of drive, Skoda's electrician will offer drivers 177 or 201 km of power and a range of 508 km on a single charge.

Additional Enyaq benefits: spaciousness, minimalism and good handling. The downside is that the top speed is only 160 km / h.

Citroen e-C4

The new C4 will be available in three versions, but here we are focusing on electric. What makes it different from others?

The 136 hp engine, which accelerates from 9,7 to 300 km / h in XNUMX seconds. As for the battery, it is enough for a trip up to XNUMX km.

However, the new C4 also means design changes. Although the car retains its compact characteristics, the designers raised the body and increased ground clearance, making it look like an SUV.

An interesting and effective solution that we have not seen yet.

Kupra El Born

For those who don't know it, Cupra is the new Seat brand. And El Born will be her first electrician.

According to the manufacturer, the car should have a sporty character, which is reflected in the acceleration - up to 50 km / h in less than 2,9 seconds. Also, with its design, El Born should remind that it is a fast car.

As for the power reserve on a single charge, the manufacturer promises to travel up to 500 km.

It is difficult to find accurate data on this model so far. It will hit the market in late fall.

Dacia Spring

ото Ubi-testet / Wikimedia Commons / CC BY 3.0

Dacia has promised the Spring will be the cheapest electrics on the market. This means that miracles from this car should not be expected.

However, this is not too bad.

It is expected that when driving around the city, the battery will last for 300 km, and the engine power (45 hp) will allow you to accelerate to 125 km / h.

Spring will be available to individual buyers in the fall.

Ford Mustang Mach E.

"What's going on here? Electric Mustang? ” – probably, many fans of these ultra-fast cars thought. The answer is positive!

Ford with its Mach-E brings emotion to the peace of mind of electricians. The new electric Mustang will be available in three versions:

  • 258 KM,
  • 285 KM,
  • 337 KM.

If we talk about the power reserve, then depending on the variant, the driver will cover from 420 to 600 km on one charge.

Style and character no longer look so predatory, as the Mach-E belongs to the off-road genre and belongs to their classic design. It is spacious inside, and a large screen in the center of the dashboard makes it easy to work with the innovative system.
