Wheel theft protection

Wheels with good brand tires mounted on beautifully shaped aluminum rims are a tidbit for thieves.

Theft is facilitated by the high prices of wheels and the inability to easily identify items. In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, it is worth protecting the wheels from lovers of other people's property. An effective measure is the unusual head bolts, unscrewed with a special wrench, which is used to replace one of the original rim bolts. Various head shapes are used, often with internal grooves. Remember that the additional key must be hidden in a secret place known only to the owner. For identification purposes, it is advantageous to permanently mark the rim with the vehicle's registration number, which makes it difficult to sell the wheel to a car thief.
