Zeeho Cyber: electric maxi scooter close to production
Unveiled a few months ago, the first Zeeho electric scooter is set to begin production at the end of the year.
CFMoto's reputation is well established when it comes to providing quality solutions tailored to the motorcycle industry that is currently undergoing a true revolution. Following the launch of 800MT, an extremely powerful motorcycle developed in collaboration with KTM, the Chinese brand is now focusing on the production of electric two-wheelers. In December 2020, the company announced the launch of a derivative brand that will design and manufacture electric vehicles. CFMoto's new division, Zeeho, is about to launch its first model. This futuristic electric maxi scooter called the Zeeho Cyber was developed in collaboration with KTM (a company that has worked with a Chinese firm for many years) and the renowned Austrian design agency Kiska Design.
An ambitious project!
CFMoto sees great promise in this new project. The Cyber electric transmission, dubbed "Cobra", consists of a 10 kW central electric motor. Water cooled, 14 horsepower! Enough to reach a top speed of 110 km / h and accelerate from 0 to 50 km / h in less than 3 seconds.
In addition to the high-performance powertrain, the Cyber will be equipped with a 4 kWh lithium-ion battery. The ultra-compact battery developed by Farasis Energy will provide the scooter with a range of up to 130 km! It will be fully charged in just 35 minutes with a fast charger!
Marketing planned for this year
