Sign 3.27. Stopping is prohibited - Signs of traffic rules of the Russian Federation

Stopping and parking of vehicles is prohibited.

Only applies to the side of the road on which they are installed.

Features: 

The action of this sign does not apply to route vehicles and vehicles used as a passenger taxi, at the stops of route vehicles or parking of vehicles used as a passenger taxi, marked with markings 1.17 and (or) signs 5.16 - 5.18, respectively.

Scope:

1. From the place of installation to the nearest intersection, and in a settlement, if there is no intersection, to the end of the settlement. Only applies to the side of the road on which they are installed.

2. Until the repeated sign 3.27 "Stopping prohibited" from tab. 8.2.2, 8.2.3 "Coverage area". In this case, do not forget tab. 8.2.3 indicates the end of the mark's area. Stopping is permitted immediately after the sign.

3. Determined by yellow markup 1.4.

4. Up to sign 3.31 "End of the zone of all restrictions".

5. At the end of their zone of validity of repeated signs 3.27 - 3.30 with a sign 8.2.3 or using a sign 8.2.2.

Punishment for violation of the requirements of the mark:

- Warning or a fine of 300 rubles. (for Moscow and St. Petersburg - 2500 rubles)
