Do machines know about Moore's Law?

Reports that the machine has passed the Turing test, which happened in June 2014 in the United Kingdom, may mark the beginning of a new era in the computer world. For now, however, the world is struggling with several physical limitations that it has faced in its hitherto staggering development.

In 1965 was Gordon Moore, co-founder of Intel, announced a prediction, later known as "the law," that the number of transistors used in microprocessors doubles approximately every two years. Over the past few decades, this rule has been confirmed. However, according to many experts, we have reached the limit of silicon technology. Soon it will simply be impossible to double the number of transistors.
