This year there will probably be fewer of them - since this has been a trend for several years - but also a lot. It's just that for several days now the boards on cases of misdemeanors have not been working - they have closed; and we have as many as 700 offenses a year.

These offenses have just been "captured" by the district courts; and can score.

There are not enough judges, halls, desks, chairs and paint to repaint them; in other words, no money. It will be bad if the slowness of the judiciary, so widely criticized today, will increase, and what is late will run away a little.

If the statistics for the year show a reversal of this hopeful downward trend in prudently stressed drivers, it may be a sign that we have failed again.
