14 schools in the finals of the Robert Bosch Academy of Inventors.

Until the final of the invention competition organized as part of the educational program for younger students, Akademia Wynalazców im. Robert Bosch” were selected by teams from 14 schools in Warsaw and Wroclaw. Over the next weeks, students will prepare device prototypes or presentations of their ideas. The competition will be announced at the beginning of June.

Participation in the competition "Akademia Invalazców im. Robert Bosch was “reported by groups of 14 high schools in Warsaw and 10 in Wrocław (and their surroundings). Approximately 50 ideas were accepted for a device that would be common, cheap to produce and environmentally friendly. The authors of the 20 most interesting concepts of inventions developed by students from Warsaw and Wroclaw schools entered the second stage of the competition.

The final teams have until May 24 this year to develop their ideas with the financial support of Bosch. The winners of the competition will then be selected by a jury composed of representatives from institutions such as the Warsaw University of Technology, the Wrocław University of Technology, the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. The winners will be announced during the final gala concerts on June 4 in Warsaw and June 6 in Wroclaw. As the grand prize, students will receive smartphones, while Bosch will provide teachers and schools of the best teams with power tools to complement the equipment of technical laboratories.

Academy of Inventors. Robert Bosch" is an educational program, the purpose of which is, first of all, to popularize among young people the subjects of science - mathematics, physics and technology. Bosch also supports schools that focus on the education of their students.

The program's website has a "Creative Schools" tab that promotes high schools that inspire learning in an engaging way and nurture young inventors. A competition for teachers participating in the program will be announced soon. The task of the participants is to prepare an interesting scenario for the lesson. The winner will receive a prize of PLN 1000 and will conduct classes in the Alumni Club, which brings together the finalists of all editions of Akademia Wynalazców im. Robert Bosch.

The Robert Bosch Inventor Academy is an educational program for junior high school students that Robert Bosch has run since 2011. The aim of the project is to popularize among young people science - mathematics, physics, technology and interest in its technical universities, which can lead to an increase in engineering personnel in Poland in the future and promote talented youth. The program consists of two stages. The first is a creative workshop run by students from Warsaw University of Technology and Wroclaw University of Technology. At the second stage, students take part in a competition for an inventive idea. The third edition of the program is held under the honorary patronage of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, His Magnificence, the rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, prof. doctor hab. English Jan Schmidt, His Splendor Rector of the Wroclaw University of Technology, prof. doctor hab. English Tadeusz Wieckowski in collaboration with the Student Science Clubs operating at the Warsaw University of Technology and Wroclaw University of Technology.
