AFS - active forward steering

Essentially, it is an electronic speed-dependent steering sensitivity control system.

The AFS uses an electric motor, which, in conjunction with the hydraulic power steering system, affects the steering angle, allowing it to increase or decrease in relation to the approach angle set by the driver. In practice, at low speeds it is possible to park the car with fewer steering wheel revolutions, while at high speeds the system suppresses the steering wheel sensitivity in order to get a better direction of the vehicle's travel. This electromechanical mechanism can also be integrated with the braking and stability control system to remedy any dangerous situations caused by the vehicle losing traction: the engine can intervene using the counter-steering to return the vehicle to the lost position.

It has already been implemented at BMW and is an integrated DSC system.
