Block location and fuse assignment
The main mounting block Opel Grandland https://nizhegorodec.opel.ru/avtomobili/mashiny/grandland-x-my18/index/ B is located in the cabin under the instrument panel. To access it, just remove the protective cover to the left of the steering column. A fuse can protect one or more nodes of the same circuit with the same rating (amps). Each fuse is painted in a specific color, which corresponds to the value of the rated current:
- 10A - red
- 20A - yellow
- 30A - green
- 40A - orange
By replacing burned-out fuse-links with new ones, you can focus on color if there are no marks on the connectors or are difficult to access. Installation of temporary bridges is not allowed; this causes short circuits and failures in the rest of the electrical equipment, and in a high-voltage circuit, a jumper can cause a fire. A defective fuse (fusible link) is removed from the socket with special tweezers, being careful not to damage the wiring. Clips are usually included with the mounting block and are located on the side or on any redundant connector.
Where is the fuse for the fuel pump
A common breakdown that is associated with the fuel system is a blown fuel pump fuse. At the same time, power is not supplied to the pump, the high-pressure fuel pump stops pumping gasoline into the highway. As a result, the car stalls, the pump in the gas tank does not buzz after turning the ignition key, the engine does not start.
The first block: location, what it consists of
The first system is located under the hood, next to the gear selector, just below the ashtray. Knowing where the Kalina fuel pump fuse is located, many problems can be solved. To remove the cover, just use a flat screwdriver.
The numbers on the image correspond to the numbering: 1. Power circuit; 2. Fuel pump; 3. A circuit designed to continuously power a computer; 4. Connector required for diagnosing the condition of the ECM. If the Kalina fuel pump fuse stops working, you need to carefully remove it with tweezers or other device, and then insert another one. When performing these manipulations, the battery must be disconnected.
Second system: where is it located?
The remaining Kalina fuel pump relays are located on the right side of the dashboard, not far from the air duct, also under a special cover.
First you need to unscrew the corner screw, then fully open the cover and remove it.
To remove the Kalina fan relay, you need to use a ten socket wrench.
Next, you need to carefully disconnect the wires, remove the unit and fuse from the Kalina cooling fan. This is difficult to do, since there is no need to damage the wires. When the deletion is completed, the block will look like the one shown in the image.
The presented block includes the following elements: 1. Turn on the cooling fan (low speed); 2. Main relay; 3. Turn on the cooling fan (high speed); 4. Engine cooling system fuse; 5. Fuel pump relay. Now you know where the fuel pump fuse is located on Kalina.

Electrics and electronics
Minor electrical faults are quite numerous. Blackouts are often caused by a dead battery or poor power supply. For example, under the "channel" of the trunk, the positive wire contact rots, and the positive wire contact melts in the fuse box (behind the glove compartment).
Interruptions in the operation of the central lock and outdoor lighting are the result of the failure of the FRM unit. The block must be re-registered, for which a specialized service will request 6-10 thousand rubles.
One of the typical problems of the e91 station wagon is that the radio tape recorder stops catching radio stations and the central lock does not respond to the remote control. This means that the antenna on the trunk lid is broken. For a replacement in an independent service, they will ask about 2000 rubles, and the antenna itself costs about 10000 rubles.
Another typical problem with the same truck is damage to the wiring harness on the trunk lid. Too short. In a good workshop, it can be extended for 2000 rubles. Even worse, when the interior was damaged, the cost of repairs increases to 5000 rubles.
A locked steering wheel can be an unpleasant surprise. Typically, an indicator with a yellow steering wheel warns of an impending problem, and then turns red. But since you can still drive a car, many people postpone a visit to the service until the steering wheel is finally locked. In the oldest BMW 3 of this generation (until 2006), a software update usually helps (about 5000 rubles). If that doesn't work, you'll have to replace the electronic board.
Xenon lamps are far from eternal. They need to be changed about every four years. Products of famous brands cost about 4000 rubles apiece. Also, the reflector melts over time, and the headlight itself begins to sweat. The cost of a new block headlight is about 20 rubles.
