Fuses BMW X5 E53

Fuses BMW X5 E53

Fuses protect electrical circuits and energy-consuming elements from overloads (breakdowns). If one of the current consumers fails, it is necessary to disconnect and check the corresponding fuse.

Attention!

It is strictly forbidden to install "bugs" and fuses of a different rating.

Fuses are located in the glove compartment in the passenger compartment (Fig. 1.72) and in the trunk of the car (Fig. 1.73).

The interior fuses are located behind the rear wall of the glove box. If only the installed fuse is blown, check the consumer of its current. Consumer fuses, permanently connected to the "+" terminal of the battery, are located in the trunk. To access them, you need to grab the door handle on the right side panel at the top and pull down. The specification of the fuses of the BMW X5 E53 with the indication of the rated current and the protected consumers can be found on the back of the side panel.

Attention!

The list of fuses and their classification depend on the car model and its equipment.
