Bridgestone summed up the Road Show in Wroclaw
The results of tire tests on passenger cars leave no doubt - drivers do not realize the importance of tires for their safety. During a special event, Bridgestone experts pointed out to Wroclaw drivers the shortcomings of their cars.
Under the slogan "Bridgestone Road Show", a special event took place last weekend, the purpose of which was to promote safety on Polish roads. The organizer of the project is a Japanese tire concern, so special attention was paid to training Wroclaw drivers in the field of proper tire care. The fact that such measures are necessary is evidenced by the results of checking the condition of the tires of almost three hundred cars, the drivers of which visited the car park set up in front of the Bielany shopping center.

“Unfortunately, of the 1148 tires tested, 35 percent had too low pressure, 23 percent had a tread that needed to be replaced, and almost 40 tires with a tread less than 1,6 mm had to be removed immediately. Drivers constantly forget that seasonal tire changes are of great importance for their safety. Effect? More than 30 vehicles tested were on winter tires, according to Aneta Bialach, public relations officer at Bridgestone.
During the Bridgestone Road Show, a Japanese company trains all road users, regardless of age. So the younger ones did not complain about boredom during the event. They were waiting for a special zone with a road and bicycle town, as well as other attractions with motorcycle gifts for victory.
This weekend the Bridgestone Road Show will take place in front of the M1 shopping center in Poznań. The organizers invite everyone to check the condition of the tires of their car, as well as everyone who wants to learn the rules of road safety.
The next event in the Brigdestone Road Show series will take place on June 3-5 at CH M1 Poznań at ul. Switzerland 14.
