This small cross-country electric bike without pedals will be available in various stores from the end of June.

After the electric bike, Carrefour enters the urban mobility market with the first electric balance bike. Compact and foldable, the new machine offered by the brand belongs to the MoovWay brand and is marketed as an alternative to an electric scooter. 

Carrefour launches small e-bike priced at € 199From 12 to 17 km of autonomy

Reminiscent of a small electric bike without a pedal, this Carrefour e-bike is powered by a 216 Wh (36 V, 6 Ah) battery and a 360 W motor. Designed for short trips, it promises a range of 12 to 17 km on a single charge. Equipped with a throttle valve, it reaches speeds of up to 25 km / h.

Equipped with a side stand, electric horn and mud flaps, the machine weighs 14,5 kg and can handle a maximum load of 120 kg.

The Carrefour small electric bike, available in stores from June 22nd, will retail for € 199 until July 5th. In addition, its selling price will rise to 249 euros. 

Important: Since this electric balance bike is not approved in either the electric bike (no pedal) category or the personal vehicle category (EDPM), it can only be used on private roads and places. Therefore, its use on public roads is prohibited.
