How does vehicle inspection work?

• Dangerous faults - i.e. malfunctions that exclude the vehicle from traffic.

The car has not passed inspection - what's next?

If the car does not pass the inspection, the diagnostician issues a certificate that clearly states, what defect needs to be eliminated within 14 days... Gives the right to move the car for troubleshooting. Before this time has elapsed, you should visit the diagnostic station again to make sure that the vehicle is no longer a traffic hazard. When you re-order diagnostics at the same place, you will not be charged the full cost of the test, but only a partial inspection of the parts through which the car has not previously been inspected. In case you want to use the services of another diagnostician, you will have to pay the full amount a second time.... After the 14-day repair period has elapsed, it will be necessary to pay for the repair and repeat the entire check.

If the car has not been excluded from the road traffic, a certificate issued for 14 days allows you to drive a vehicle even if the validity of the registration certificate has been exceeded, only to eliminate defects. From 13 November 2017 detected faults are entered in the Central Vehicle Register and is available to all diagnosticians. After the timely elimination of malfunctions, the diagnostician conducts partial tests and, if the vehicle is in good technical condition, a seal is put on the registration certificate.
