Personally, with the exception of the steering wheel, which requires the driver to adjust to the driving position, I am not too strict on these things, since we ended up spending most of our lives with the old Clio. And this is without any problems, since the technique has been tried and tested! The Duster, on the other hand, is sympathetic as it draws attention with its wide fenders and taller figure, and after refurbishment, it even offers a modern touchscreen for entertainment and informational content.

In our test, we had a special edition version of Urban Explorer, so the list of built-in hardware was quite long. Leather steering wheel, navigation, cruise control, manual air conditioning, four-wheel drive are attractive, and among the accessories it had only four positions: electric rear windows (105 euros), cartography of Eastern Europe (100 euros), rear parking sensors (205 euros) and glossy metallic paint ($ 450). In technology, it is worth mentioning only the very, but really very short first gear. Since the Duster does not have a gearbox, it is assumed that a short first gear of the truck helps when starting off (uphill, full load), and above all, this should be known when driving off-road.

We believe it, but this solution is a little awkward in everyday driving until you find that you can drive in second gear just as efficiently as other cars in first. So you just have to get used to this solution. The Duster remains one of the best Dacia vehicles, and with Urban Explorer equipment, it is also one of the most attractive.
