After In Berlin, Paris and Madrid, Coup, a subsidiary of the Bosch group, has just invested in the German university city of Tübingen, where it offers 30 self-service electric scooters.

For the various partners of the project, it was about compensating for the lack of public transport, offering students a simple and effective alternative.

Electric scooters equivalent to 50cc offered by Coup can reach speeds of up to 45 km / h and are supplied by Taiwanese manufacturer Gogoro. In practice, you must be at least 21 years old to be able to use the service 24/24.

In terms of cost, count three euros for the first 30 minutes of use, then one euro for every ten additional minutes. Long term packages are also available with a daily rate (7-19 hours) set at € 20. When used at night, the score is halved.
