Korean manufacturer Hyundai has begun developing an electric scooter and a small one-seater electric vehicle, Reuters reported.

For the manufacturer, the goal is to develop in "smart mobility", a rapidly growing segment with the development of a new generation of 100% electric vehicles capable of solving urban problems.
