Mercedes electric scooter: the first electric scooter for Daimler

Introducing a new range of accessories at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Daimler Group is announcing the Mercedes e-scooter, its first electric scooter.

E-scooters, officially licensed on German roads since June last year, are considered a lucrative market by many manufacturers. The Daimler Group, already involved in this topic through Hive, a joint venture with BMW specializing in self-service scooters, moves forward and announces the market launch of its first electric scooter.

The Mercedes electric scooter, included in the list of unique accessories announced at the Frankfurt Motor Show, is a model co-created with Micro, a Swiss electric scooter manufacturer. If specifications and specifications are not disclosed, the manufacturer's logo is clearly visible on this Mercedes electric scooter. It will include the EQ mark, a label specific to the electric models in this line.

Within the range of the German manufacturer, the small electric scooter will be sold as an additional mobile solution for the owners of the brand's cars in the last kilometers of the journey. Its price has not yet been disclosed.
