You can open the optics by heating the junction of the body and the lens with a circular building hair dryer, trying not to melt anything. The second way is to unscrew all the screws, remove the anthers and plugs, the metal parts of the headlight, and place it wrapped in a towel in an oven preheated to 100 degrees.

Once the optics have heated up, carefully start removing the lens barrel with a flathead screwdriver. Do not rush to gradually open the headlight. Warm up the optics if necessary.

The sealant will pull on the fibers that should not get inside the optic. After opening the headlight, while it is still hot, glue all the sealant threads into the body or headlight lens.

The lens is attached to the body with three clamps, loosen one of them and carefully tighten the lens. Buy lenses with transitional frames, which will greatly simplify the work. We change the lens to a new one, clean it with a 70% alcohol solution. Dust and dirt from inside the headlight can be removed with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Acetone must not be used! It can damage the surfaces of parts.

The bottom edge (cut line) of the shield slot cannot be changed, it will blind those approaching.

The diffuser is in place, preheat the oven and place the headlamp wrapped in a towel there for 10 minutes. We remove and press the glass to the body, do not overdo it, the glass may break, it is better to repeat the procedure 3 times. Glass in place, screw in the screws and bake for 5 minutes.
