Ford Transit and Tourneo: new versions of Active and Trail

Ford introduces two new Trail and Active options for its Transit, Transit Custom, Tourneo Custom, and later Transit and Tourneo Connect vans, which will have one or two versions depending on the characteristics of the road surface.

The brand has introduced something new in the light truck category. In addition to various body sizes and a plethora of interior design options, the Americans are offering extended options on the Transit and Tourneo models. In fact, two versions have been added to the catalog under the names Trail and Active. One focuses on off-road performance and the other focuses on crossover performance.

The Active modification is focused on the Transit and Tourneo Custom models and does not apply to the larger Transit.

The body amplifiers are thinner with a glossy dark gray finish. The radiator grill is made in a unique design and goes as part of the general facelift, combining the type of honeycomb with a certain elegance. Roof rails and 17-inch wheels remain standard. You can add a limited slip differential if you plan to ride off-road.

Leather / fabric seats are decorated with turquoise blue elements. In these colors made and dashboard. L1 and L2 lengths are available for all Custom Active, as well as for the Tourneo Custom Active, with a fixed capacity of eight passengers, with three modular rows.
