Hybrid manicure - how to do it yourself and wash it off at home?

What is a hybrid?

Hybrid manicure is durable and effective, but regular visits to the beautician are associated with high expenses. The price of this service depends on the city and the salon where it is performed. On average, we will pay from 70 to even 130 PLN for the use of a hybrid. on hand and from 100 to 180 zł. on foot. For this reason, many women choose to use this method on their own from the comfort of their own home.

Step by step hybrid manicure

Although at first glance it may seem that doing a manicure yourself requires a lot of skill, it is not so difficult. If you want to use this method at home, you should start by purchasing all the necessary beauty supplies. The most important tool, of course, is a lamp UV LED,  which allows you to fix each of the layers of manicure. Before applying the base, it is worth blunting the nail plate with it file. The next step is to apply a special protective basewhich provides resistance to chips and protects the structure of the nail. Tiles prepared in this way should be painted with the selected varnish, preferably in two or three layers, depending on the color and its intensity. Lighter varnishes usually require more coats to cover all gaps. The last stage of a hybrid manicure is covering the nails with a fixative, otherwise called top-em.After each stage, the nails should be illuminated in LED UV lamp. Some lamps have a timer function that allows you to control the time it takes for a given layer to cure.

Does the hybrid ruin nails?

So that a hybrid manicure does not damage the nail plate, you should take care of the correct removal of nail polish. One way is to file with a file and then moisten olives for nails. Another more commonly used method is to apply a damp cotton pad to the nails. with acetone cleanerand then remove the softened varnish with a cotton swab.

Hybrid for summer

A hybrid manicure and pedicure would be perfect during the summer, especially during the holidays when we're away from home and don't have access to all the beauty accessories that could help with classic nail polish peeling off. The nail hybrid can last up to 2 months due to the very slow growth of toenails.
