Differences between laser hair removal and IPL hair removal

The described methods, although very similar, differ in several ways. IPL is a procedure that can be less painful than laser – the light beam does not penetrate as deep under the skin, making the treatment less intense. Which method is the most effective and which one to choose epilator - laser or conventional? There are several parameters to consider. First: the price. Classic epilators are much cheaper than good IPLs. Second: available features.
