The latest test tested the strength of six designs - MG TF, Audi TT, Skoda Superb, BMW X5, Opel Meriva and Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin. The first five cars performed the best, they got four stars in the test, and the off-road Mitsubishi got three stars. It was much worse in a collision with a pedestrian, two cars joined the Suzuki Grand Vitary - the Skoda Superb and the Audi TT, and thus the club of cars that did not receive a single star in this test grew to three. Opel Meriva, BMW X5 and Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin received one star each. They were surpassed by the MG TF with three stars. As you can see, the art of building safe cars is complex, and the level of safety is not always related to the purchase price.

BMW X5
Very good head-on impact, legroom is reduced to a minimum, there is only the risk of knee injury on the hard parts of the dashboard. It was close to five stars.
Mitsubishi Pajero Pinin
The body of the Pajero Pinin did not take a head-on collision very well. There is a high risk of injury to the chest and legs of the driver. It was better in a side collision, slightly worse with a pedestrian.
Skoda Superb
