Results of the XNUMXth competition INNOVATIVE ELECTRICITY

On October 25, 2013 in Łódź took place the official settlement of the National Competition "Innovative Electricity", organized by the Akademia Chint Foundation.

The competition was held from December 21, 2012 to September 10, 2013. It was addressed to all gymnasiums in the electrical industry and related industries.

It consisted of two stages:

- Stage I was to propose a theme for the project with the assumption that it should be useful and innovative,

- Stage II looked forward to the practical implementation of the project.

The schools that passed the selection for stage II received grants in the amount of PLN 3000 for the practical implementation of their ideas.

The competition was held under the patronage of: Voivode of Lodz, Ms. Jolanta Chełminska, Marshal of the Lodz Voivodeship, Mr. Witold Stepen, President of the City of Lodz, Ms. Hanna Zdanovskaya, Association of Polish Electrical Engineers. , Lodz branch, whose representatives were also members of the competition committee and the monthly "Young Technician".

25 schools from all over Poland took part in the competition, 11 schools, whose representatives participated in the ceremony, advanced to the second stage.

All implemented projects were at a very high level both in terms of content and technology.

However, the best jury chose the Zespół Szkół Mechanicznych im. Ark Bozek in Racibórz "Recovery of the energy lost when opening and closing the door", the second place went to the project of the Complex of Schools of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in Szczecin "Lighting control system for smart home", the third place went to the project of the School Complex No. 2 named after. prof. J. Groszkowski in Pabianice, "Parking Entry/Exit Control System".

Awarded to: ZSZ No. 2 in Knurov "Energy System Model" and the Complex of Technical Schools in Cieszyn "Sun tracking system".

The main prizes in the amount of PLN 5000 3000, 2000 1, 2 3 PLN for the 20th, XNUMXth and XNUMXth places respectively were given to the winners by the voivode of Łódź Ms. , Chairman of the Board of Chint Academy, Mr. Ryszard Swietlicki, and Director of ZSP No. XNUMX in Lodz, Mr. Zdzisław Jurewicz. On this day, a very important event for the Academy took place, namely, the signing of a letter of intent with a new member of the Academy - the Center for Continuing Education of Modern Technologies in Lodz, represented by the director P. Slawomir Vater. The letter of intent will become our common guideline for actions aimed at the development of vocational education and the promotion of modern technical solutions.
