That is why it is worth taking a comprehensive approach to the fight against cellulite, changing your diet and starting physical activity.

Nutritionists recommend giving up a lot of salt and hot spices in favor of greens. You need to eat about 5 times a day - it is better to eat smaller portions, but more often. The diet should include vegetables, fruits, nuts and sea fish, which are a source of important omega fatty acids. The menu should be supplemented with water - it is worth drinking about 2 liters of still water per day and giving up sugary carbonated drinks. You can make your own flavored water in special bottles with lemon, orange, raspberry and strawberry.

The movement, in turn, is about health and the best weapon in the fight against cellulite. It is worth running, going to the gym, jogging, Nordic walking or rollerblading and cycling.

Another way to combat cellulite are anti-cellulite lotions and peels. Regularly used cosmetics of this type are designed to stimulate lymph circulation, which will definitely reduce cellulite. Before applying an anti-cellulite lotion to the skin, it is worth exfoliating and removing the dead epidermis, so that the active substances in the lotion will penetrate deep into the skin and have a better effect on it.
