Jeep unveils its first electric ATV at the Super Bowl

What's better than a Super Bowl to announce a new product launch? The NFL Finals, watched by millions of Americans, is a popular destination for advertisers who don't hesitate to spend a fortune streaming their latest commercials. This is the case of Jeep, which has been generous with its funds. Calling on actor Bill Muray to promote its brand with unprecedented advertising, the manufacturer seized the opportunity to announce its first electric mountain bike.

If little is said about the characteristics of the model in the video, then the information on the manufacturer's website is much richer. Specifically, we learn that Jeep has worked with QuietKat, a brand specializing in electric mountain bikes. The electric motor supplied by the Chinese group Bafang develops power up to 750W and can even reach a maximum power of 1600W. What classifies this first electric bike with the Jeep designation in the "fast" electric bike category (speed bike).

Fully suspended, equipped with disc brakes and wide 4,8-inch tires, the Jeep electric bike has a battery directly integrated into the frame, which we also introduce from Bafang. If the battery capacity is not specified, the manufacturer promises about 60 kilometers of autonomy per charge.
