This is a sealed system. Inside it is freon mixed with a special oil that does not freeze even at very low temperatures.
Turning on this device, the driver actually turns on the compressor, which begins to pressurize one of the tubes. As a result, the refrigerant in the system enters the condenser, and from there through the dryer it reaches the ventilation system in the cabin and enters the heat exchanger. Once there, the refrigerant begins to intensively take heat from the passenger compartment. At the same time, freon itself is very hot and passes from a liquid state to a gaseous state. This gas leaves the heat exchanger and enters the blown condenser. There, the refrigerant quickly cools down, becomes liquid and again goes into the passenger compartment heat exchanger.

The belt from the generator is put on the compressor pulley and on the tension roller installed in the hole previously made in the shield. The mounting bolts on the alternator, compressor and idler pulley are tightened to remove slack in the compressor belt. - After making sure that all devices and the belt are securely fastened, you should start the car and make sure that everything works correctly, and there are no extraneous noises in the compressor and generator.
- Now a capacitor is installed on the car. To install it, you will have to unscrew the bolt holding the horn and move it to the right.

About connecting the air conditioner to the power supply of the machine

Filling
It is necessary to fill the air conditioner on special equipment, and this should be done by a specialist. Refueling in a garage is possible, but not at all rational. To carry it out, you will need to purchase equipment and refrigerant (which is not so easy to get). One gas station will require about 600 grams of R134A freon.
It contains fluorine, which is harmful to the body, and must be handled with extreme caution. Taking into account all these points, the most rational option would be to drive the car to a service center.
Here are the main steps in the refueling process:
- creating a vacuum inside the air conditioning system. This is done in order to make sure it is tight;
- a special oil is pumped into the system to dilute freon;
- freon is supplied to the circuits;

Climate control in VAZ 2110
