Administrative obligations must be fulfilled in order to scrap a car. Thus, several documents must be submitted to the center of the Higher Art School:

• Le vehicle registration certificate... You must clearly write the words “Sold for destruction per day / month / year”.
• Un administrative status statement less than 15 days.
• Un certificate of transfer... This is the Cerfa Form No. 15776 * 01, which must be done in duplicate, one for you and one for the VHU.

In most cases, the responsibility for declaring the transfer of the vehicle lies with the scrap yard. Otherwise, you must make this application to ANTS, the National Agency for Protected Titles. Once your vehicle is scrapped, VHU will issue you destruction certificate.
