How to twist and cut a wire loop?

	Twisting and cutting wire is best done with end trimming pliers, which have a smaller head than woodworking pliers so they are easier to turn by hand. Their sharp jaws are also better for cutting.
	Wire loops are handy for tying everything from chicken coop wire mesh to garden trellises, animal enclosures, fruit and vegetable safety nets, and fence panels.
