How to decorate a wedding car with your own hands

It is difficult to imagine a wedding without a wedding cortege. The newlyweds, their friends, guests and parents on this day need to visit both the registry office and the church, and go to nature to take pictures, and then to the restaurant, where the celebration will take place. Usually for all these moving around the city they use their own cars, or hire a rental agency. But so that people can see that a wedding is coming, cars are decorated, even the minibus in which all close and distant relatives are sitting is decorated with balloons and stickers, not to mention the limousine of the newlyweds.

Let's touch on a more pressing topic - how to strengthen all this on a car so that all these decorations are not blown away by the wind and they do not lose their appearance by the end of the day.

What are the types of wedding decorations for the car:

• stylized rings - a symbol of marriage;
• bride doll, which is usually installed on the hood;
• various multi-colored ribbons and bows;
• live or artificial flowers, flower garlands;
• air balloons;
• signs with the inscriptions "newlyweds", "groom", "bride".

The basis of the entire decoration of the cortege is, of course, wedding rings, they can be bought at any salon, or you can make it yourself, and there is nothing complicated about it.

We take an ordinary PVC hose of small diameter, then bend the hose into a ring, to reinforce it, you can use copper wire or a power wire as a frame, and connect the ends of the hose together in a simple way - using a battery of the appropriate diameter, put it into one end of the hose, and the other put on this battery.

Rings are attached to the roof or hood with suction cups, magnets, rubber bands or tapes. You can also use adhesive tape, but then it is very difficult to remove it from the coating. Modern silicone suction cups, as well as special Velcro, are very friendly to the paintwork and ensure fastening strength.

For reliability, you can use ribbons and elastic bands, just tie them to the base of the rings on both sides, and tie the ends of the ribbons to the racks or tie them together in the car interior right under the ceiling. Then you can attach some more flowers or balls to these ribbons. You can also stretch the ribbons to the trunk and to the grille. Then the rings will definitely not get lost somewhere along the way. But still remember that with such a decoration on the roof it is better not to reach speeds above 60 km / h.

If you want to strengthen the rings with magnets, then you need to place the magnets themselves in fabric bags so as not to scratch the roof. Magnets are also suitable, with the help of which a taxi chip or flashing lights is attached.

The baby doll and the bride doll are attached in the same way: it is installed on a base, on the bottom of which there are either suction cups or magnets. Rubber bands and ribbons serve to reinforce the fasteners, and plus you can attach something else to them so that all people can see how you tried to decorate the car before the wedding.

Decorating a car with ribbons is also not difficult. They usually decorate the hood and trunk. Ribbons or elastic bands are sewn to the ends of the tapes, with which the tapes are fixed to the radiator grille, spoiler. You can also tie these rubber bands together under the trunk or hood. It turns out very beautifully and all brides are crazy about such jewelry.

Well, if you wish, you can attach artificial or even live flowers to the tape. It is worth saying that fresh flowers as a decoration are not always suitable, because after such trips dust and exhaust fumes settle on them, and by the end of the day they are a pitiful sight.

It has become fashionable now to decorate car rims. The principle here is the same - to tie the composition more tightly to the knitting needles. Also, make sure that the ribbons do not come undone while driving and do not fall under the wheels.

Not to do, of course, and without balls. They can be tied to mirrors, antenna, spoiler and door handles can be decorated with them. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the quality of the balloons. It is best to choose durable latex balloons that will last until the end of the celebrations. You don’t need to buy Chinese consumer goods, because they are thin and burst very quickly.

Another fashionable “trick” is wedding numbers for a car.

Usually they are issued in the form of stickers with which registration plates are glued. It should be said that this is a violation of traffic rules and the inspector has every right to stop the motorcade and draw up a protocol. There were many cases when cars with such wedding numbers were driven by unregistered cars in the correct order or with expired registration.
