Glympse (download: Android, iOS) is an application that allows you to view all participants in the race on one map. By default, Glympse displays your location and speed, but if someone has set a destination, the app will estimate your arrival time and route.

Invite someone to share your location – and view it on a map together – with just a click Share locationand then enter the email address or phone number of the person you want to view.

At the next stage, we will be asked to sign and ... done! Once the other party receives the message and activates the link, they can see us on the online map or in the Glympse app.

Another option: Google Maps

It should be added that Google Maps (Google Maps) has a similar option. To share a location, click the three dashes in the upper left corner (called the hamburger menu), then Location sharing and choose who we want to share the location with and for how long.

Compared to Glympse, Google Maps uses less battery power, but cannot display driving speed. However, they allow this location to be made available to the public so that anyone can see us.
