What is ceramic paint protection?

Preparing varnish for applying K2 Gravon

It is not difficult to apply the K2 Gravon ceramic coating.but preparing the vehicle can take a long time. The operation should be carried out at a temperature of 10–35 ° C, indoors or in a shaded place.... We start with a thorough cleaning of the varnish, preferably with clay treatment or complete decontamination. In this way, we remove not only surface dirt, but also unpleasant deposits of tar, wax, tar, insect residues or dust from the brake pads. If the paintwork is chipped or scratched, buff it with a polishing machine and a suitable paste such as K2 Luster before moving on to the next step.

Ceramic coating K2 Gravon

When the varnish is perfectly clean, proceed with the coating. We start with degrease the surface a soft microfiber cloth with a special flush, e.g. K2 Klinet. Then we take out the bottle with K2 Gravon liquid. After shaking, apply 6-8 drops (slightly more the first time) onto a dry cloth wrapped around the applicator and spread over a small area (maximum 50 x 50 cm), alternating horizontal and vertical movements. After 1-2 minutes (the product should not dry), polish the surface with a microfiber cloth and move on to the next part of the car body. For an optimal effect, apply 3 coats to the varnish with an interval of at least an hour. The coating retains its properties for up to 5 years, provided that we update it with K2 Gravon Reload fluid at least once every six months.
