Crane on the stove Maz

Here you will find photos of the main elements of MAZ heating and ventilation: the MAZ heater, exhaust pipes, valves and radiators of the MAZ heater, fan rotors, as well as photos of other spare parts. To purchase these parts, it remains to place an order in the MAZ online catalog of spare parts for heating and ventilation directly on the website, by multi-channel phone or in the office at the specified address.

The modern MAZ ventilation and heating system provides comfortable conditions for passengers and the driver. Thanks to careful design, the use of innovative technologies, durable materials in the production of MAZ heating radiators, valves, air intakes, air ducts, nozzles, rotors, flanges, hoses, fittings, filters, hoses are able to withstand extreme temperatures and mechanical stress.

The exit to the stove is taken from the right side of the first block cylinder in the direction of travel, this is the bottom of the internal combustion engine, and it is considered the coldest, since it is washed with liquid in a circle small and large (it is hot in the small circle in the cabin), a large circle begins to open (in the refrigerator in salon). I think it's wrong!

Compared to KAMAZ - on KAMAZ, the stove outlet is taken from the heat exchanger, this is the hottest place on KAMAZ, since the oil has a higher temperature than the coolant, the coolant in the heat exchanger prevents the oil temperature from rising (boiling) and, so to speak, cools the oil . Therefore, it is much hotter on KAMAZ.

In a Ural car, that is, with an internal combustion engine from YaMZ 236 238, the exit to the stove is taken from the top shirt, this is also considered the warmest place for these brands of internal combustion engines, since the sleeves are washed with coolant, the liquid rises to the head and goes to the shirt then to the side thermostats. Well, and so in a circle (small or large), the heat exchanger is also present in these brands of internal combustion engines (it is on the left side of the block in the direction of travel).

Some drivers make access to the stove between the thermostats, yes, this is an option, but it is not so (my opinion), I will explain why, if it will be hot to do this, but there are three buts:

1. Can squeeze the cells of the stove radiator due to coolant pressure.

2. In a small circle (and this is a small circle between thermostats) it will be warm, but as soon as the thermostats open, it will be cold, since all the coolant pressure will go to the radiator, bypassing the small circle.

3. In hot weather (in summer) it will be hot in the cabin, maybe someone will like it), but it’s not interesting to sit and sweat, and I don’t put any cardboard boxes in front of the stove radiator so that it supposedly doesn’t get into a draft in the cabin. It is necessary to put a jumper between the radiator hoses and the tap so that there is a small circle, but the internal combustion engine will overheat evenly under load and there will be very high pressure in the hoses, since the circle is very significant

And I think this tax is going to redo everything by the summer under the factory modification.

What I decided to do:

if the heat exchanger is on the left side of the internal combustion engine (I have 238 yamz), then, accordingly, the temperature of the left side of the engine is slightly higher than the right side and the coolant takes longer to reach the thermostat (respectively, the temperature is higher) since both oil and 8 are washed by the liquid 7 6 5 cylinders. 8 7 are considered the hottest (often raised), so the coolant sensor is on the left sleeve

To the left tee, I decided to weld a knee from KAMAZ, since it is made of duralumin. I did not screw the fitting into the end of the sleeve where the coolant sensor is located. Additional corners and the length of the sleeves (hoses) and the diameter of the outlet itself.
