Kymco RevoNEX: first look at the final version

Introduced as a concept at the end of 2019 at EICMA, Kymco's first electric motorcycle is a bit closer to the series.

Without revealing images yet, Kymco has just published patents representing the final version of its RevoNEX. Unsurprisingly, the production model's lines are very close to the already very successful concept unveiled last November in Milan. Note, however, a modification to the rear end design.

On the technical side, the patents filed by the manufacturer do not contain new parts. Therefore, we must be content with the scarce information provided by the brand during the presentation of the concept. Namely, acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 3,9 seconds and a top speed of 205 km / h.

Launch in 2021

Based on the calendar announced by the brand, Kymco RevoNEX should begin its marketing by 2021.

It remains to be seen when this final version will be released. The Intermot and EICMA exhibitions scheduled for autumn would be a good opportunity for brand communication. However, they were canceled due to the ongoing health crisis. Thus, the manufacturer can resort to 100% digital presentation.
