Rear-wheel drive Lamborghini Huracan Evo is the most affordable car in the family

In the spring of 2020, the updated Lamborghini Huracan Evo RWD will enter the market. Its price tag starts at 159 thousand euros. This is 25 thousand cheaper than the variation with all-wheel drive.

Lamborghini completed the update of its lineup. A year ago, an all-wheel drive car entered the market, and now the manufacturer familiarized the public with the basic model equipped with rear-wheel drive. The prefix RWD in the name stands for Rear Wheel Drive. The owners decided to move away from the practice of using complex indexes in the name.

The rear-wheel drive model is visually different from all-wheel drive. It is equipped with another rear diffuser, a modified fairing and air intakes made in the new configuration.

The interior does not have significant differences. The front panel is based on a large 8,4-inch monitor. With it, you can control the climate system, adjust the seats, control telemetry and other vehicle options.

The rear-wheel drive version is equipped with a naturally aspirated 5,2-liter V10 engine. A similar motor was used on previous all-wheel drive vehicles. Engine power - 610 hp, torque - 560 Nm. The motor works in combination with a 7-speed robotic gearbox with two clutches. LAMBORGHINI HURACAN EVO photo The car is equipped with three driving modes: racing, road and sports. The rear-wheel drive model is 33 kg lighter than the all-wheel drive model. Acceleration to 100 km / h takes 3,3 seconds, to 200 km / h - 9,3 seconds. According to this indicator, the updated model is ahead of its predecessor: by 0,1 and 0,8 seconds. The maximum speed has been increased. For new items, this figure is at the level of 325 km / h.
